Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove Kallos Labs's access to your social media accounts and ask Kallos Labs LLC to delete the data we hold about them, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Tumblr, and Dribbble.

Gjelder fra 8. oktober 2026

1. What We Hold

For each connected social account we hold its platform account ID, username and display name, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens with their permissions and expiry dates, and the IDs, links, captions, and status of the posts we published for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how this data is used.

2. Disconnect the Account

If you use the Kallos CRM, open Settings, Credentials, Social posting, find the account, and choose Disconnect. The account's tokens are deleted from our store at once and, where the platform supports it, revoked at the platform. If you do not use the CRM, ask us by email (step 4) and we will disconnect it for you.

3. Remove Kallos Labs on the Platform

You can also remove our access directly on each platform. This stops access immediately, even before we receive your request:

  • Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Kallos Labs, Remove. Meta then notifies us automatically and we delete the account's data.
  • Threads: Threads Settings, Account, Website permissions, Active, Kallos Labs, Remove. Meta then notifies us automatically.
  • X: Settings and privacy, Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps, Kallos Labs, Revoke app permissions.
  • LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Other applications, Permitted services, Kallos Labs, Remove.
  • Pinterest: Settings, Security and permissions (Apps), Kallos Labs, Revoke access.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services permissions, Kallos Labs, Remove access.
  • YouTube and Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, Kallos Labs, Delete all connections.
  • Tumblr: Settings, Apps, the Kallos Labs app for your blog, Revoke.
  • Dribbble: Account settings, Applications, Authorized applications, Kallos Labs, Revoke.

4. Ask Us to Delete Your Data

Email hello@kalloslabs.com with the subject "Data deletion request", the platform, and the account's username or handle. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days (within 7 days for data received from Google APIs).

When Facebook, Instagram, or Threads sends us a deletion request, we answer with a confirmation code and a status page where you can check the request.

5. What Is Deleted and What Remains

  • Deleted: the account's tokens, its account ID, username, and display name, and our records of the posts we published to it.
  • Not deleted by us: posts already published on the platform stay on your account until you delete them there, because they belong to you.
  • Kept only where the law requires: invoices and records we must retain for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. These do not include tokens.

6. Contact

Questions about deletion can be sent to Kallos Labs LLC at hello@kalloslabs.com.
